Description and Application

UZIN NC 112 Turbo Fast Gypsum Equalization is a high-quality, fast-drying calcium sulfate-bonded equalization with excellent flow properties. The product provides a smooth and homogeneous surface and is an ideal base for bonding textile and elastic floor coverings and parquet. Thanks to the minimal stress development during drying, it is particularly suitable for thicker layers and unstable substrates, as often occurs in renovation projects. This allows existing subfloors to be retained, saving time and costs. Even with thicker layers left open for longer periods of time, there is no risk of cracking. The leveling is pumpable, suitable for indoor use and exceptionally quick to lay within the plaster leveling category.

Applications

• For laying all types of textile and elastic floor coverings
• Suitable for most parquet types in combination with Pallmann/UZIN 1-K STP, MSP, PU or 2-K PU adhesives
• Applicable under ceramic tile and natural stone
• Suitable for high loads in residential and project environments

Prevent Cracking

To prevent cracking, it is important that the leveling layer not be applied tightly to the wall. Preferably apply the floor floating with the help of an edge strip. This elastic strip absorbs expansion of the floor and thus prevents tension and cracks. In addition, the use of a suitable primer under the leveling layer is strongly recommended.
