How do I order from Flowresin.com?
Step 1: Place all necessary items in your shopping cart
Step 2: Click on the basket at the top right of your screen and check your order.
Are you missing a product? Then you can continue shopping at your leisure. All products in your shopping cart are saved.
Step 3: Click on continue and enter your billing and delivery details.
Step 4: Complete by paying. This is possible with iDeal, Bancontact, PayPal or credit card (MasterCard and Visa).
Step 5: After a successful payment you will arrive at our ‘Thank you page’. Your order has now been completed. You will also receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Step 6: In addition to the order confirmation, you will also immediately receive all SDS (Safety Instruction Sheets) and PIBs (Product Information Sheets) by e-mail in a PDF file. Depending on your order, you will also receive an extensive step-by-step plan for installing the cast floor. Therefore, always check your inbox after ordering.

Can I still change an order that I have already placed?
In general, your order will be processed and shipped directly to the manufacturer. That is why changes are often no longer possible. Sometimes the order has not yet been processed and we may be able to make a change in consultation. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if you want to change anything.
Can I still change the delivery address?

How can I cancel my order?
