Flow bed adhesive for indoor bonding of tile floors on anhydrite screeds.

Technical properties

• Suitable for bonding tiles to calcium sulfate-bonded screeds.
• Flow bed adhesive, ideal for large format tiles in one working step.
• Primer is recommended but optional under certain circumstances.
• Compatible with underfloor heating (low-temperature hot water and radiant systems) on anhydrite substrates.

Application

Kerafluid HPA is particularly suitable for bonding ceramic tiles up to 60×60 cm on calcium sulfate-bonded screeds. At optimal conditions, primer is not necessary. Use only on substrates with a residual moisture content of no more than 1%.

Apply

• Processing temperature: between +5°C and +30°C. Do not apply on frozen, warm or damp substrates. Avoid direct sunlight and drafts during application.
• The substrate must be clean, dry, level, load-bearing and stable.
• Whether anhydrite floors need sanding depends on the manufacturer’s guidelines. Check the moisture content with a CM meter.
• Underfloor heating must be preheated according to protocol and turned off at least 48 hours before bonding.
