Consumption
Consumption depends on the substrate, color and application method. For a flat surface, dark color and application with a nylon roller, consumption is approximately 250 g/m². With an uneven substrate, light color or application with floor squeegees and crosswise rolling this can increase to approximately 400 g/m². When using anti-slip, consumption increases by approximately 100-150 g/m².
THIS PRODUCT REACTS VERY QUICKLY – POUR OUT THE MATERIAL IMMEDIATELY AFTER MIXING AND SPREAD IT QUICKLY WITH A ROLLER.
Substrate preparation
No primer is required when applied in two coats, provided the substrate is dry and dust-free. Remove cement and concrete residues by sanding or grinding. Dense substrates such as concrete must be roughened by dust-free blasting or intensive sanding. Contamination should be chemically cleaned and sanded. Oil stains can be treated with cat litter or ammonia. Vacuum the floor thoroughly with an industrial vacuum cleaner. Repair small holes and cracks with Flow Resin Epoxy putty. For quick repairs, polyester putty can be used and the coating can be applied after only 1 hour. Larger damages should be repaired with Flow Resin Epoxy repair mortar.
Apply anti-slip
For a non-slip finish, first apply water-based universal bonding primer and sprinkle it completely with sand. After 6 hours, remove the excess sand, sand and vacuum the layer. Then the Polyaspartic Fast Floor Coating can be applied.
