Moldex Half Face Mask Package

Series 7000 half masks are compatible with a variety of ^EasyLock® gas and dust filters. No adapters or special pre-filters are required, providing flexibility and easy storage. The masks are low maintenance, quick to clean and only a few parts need to be replaced. Thanks to the lightweight design and soft materials, the masks offer high wearing comfort. The anatomically shaped mask body made of abrasion-resistant TPE material ensures a secure and comfortable fit.

Size Selection Tool

• Distance = 110 mm (+/- 5 mm): S (small)
• Distance = 120 mm (+/- 5 mm): M (average)
• Distance = 130 mm (+/- 5 mm): L (large)

Fine Dust Filters

Particle filters protect against dust, fumes and aerosols. They are available in three protection levels according to EN 143:2000+A1:2006: P1, P2 and P3. The higher the level, the better the filtration.

P1 + Half-face mask

Up to 4x the limit. Filters ≥80%. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Max. leakage: 2%.

P2 + Half-face mask

Up to 12x the limit. Filters ≥94%. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Max. leakage: 2%.

P3 + Half-face mask

Up to 48x limit. Filters ≥99.5%. Suitable for carcinogens, radioactive substances and pathogens. Max. leakage: 2%.

P1 + Full face mask

Up to 4x the limit. Filters ≥80%. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Max. leakage: 0.05%.

P2 + Full face mask

Up to 16x the limit. Filters ≥94%. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Max. leakage: 0.05%.

P3 + Full face mask

Up to 400x the limit. Filters ≥99.5%. Suitable for carcinogens, radioactive substances and pathogens. Max. leakage: 0.05%.

Gas filters

Moldex ^EasyLock® gas filters with bayonet closure fit directly on Series 7000 and 9000 masks. They can be combined with ^EasyLock® dust filters without an adapter.

A filter code such as “A2B2E1” indicates which substances the filter protects against:

Type A

• Color: brown
• Protects against: organic gases and vapors (boiling point > 65 °C)

Type B

• Color: gray
• Protects against: inorganic gases and vapors (such as chlorine, H₂S, HCN)

Type E

• Color: yellow
• Protects against: acid gases such as SO₂ and HCl

Type K

• Color: green
• Protects against: ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives

Type AX

• Color: brown
• Protects against: low boiling point organic compounds (≤ 65 °C)
• Note: for single use only

Filter class 1

Half-face mask: up to 1000 ppm, max. 50x limit value
Full-face mask: up to 1000 ppm, max. 400x limit value

Filter class 2

Half-face mask: up to 5000 ppm, max. 50x limit value
Full-face mask: up to 5000 ppm, max. 400x limit value

Filter class 3

Half-face mask: up to 10,000 ppm, max. 50x limit value
Full-face mask: up to 10,000 ppm, max. 400x limit value
