FLOW RESIN Facade Cream 25 is a high-quality, VOC-free impregnating cream with a creamy consistency. Specially formulated for long-term protection of facades, masonry and other mineral substrates. The advanced alkyl-alkoxy-silane formula provides a strong beading effect and durable water repellency.

Simple single-layer application

FLOW RESIN Facade Cream 25 is easy to apply with a brush or roller. Thanks to its creamy structure, the product is drip-free and suitable for both vertical and horizontal surfaces. One coat is usually sufficient, with a target consumption of 200 g/m² on dense substrates. Test in advance on a small area for best results.

Durable operation

The cream absorbs within 30 minutes to several hours. Full water repellency develops within 12 to 48 hours. On dark surfaces, a white haze may appear temporarily and disappear on its own. Always test on an inconspicuous area.
