Mapei Planex HR Maxi

Quick-drying, moisture-resistant and self-leveling levelling compound for layer thicknesses from 2 to 20 mm.

Application

Planex HR Maxi is suitable for indoor and outdoor applications. The product is used to level new and existing substrates and correct height differences of 2 to 20 mm. This creates a suitable base for all types of floor coverings, such as resilient and textile floors. Its high resistance to static and dynamic loads makes it ideal for intensively used surfaces. Due to its special composition and excellent moisture resistance, it is also suitable for outdoor use or substrates with a high residual moisture content or that are not yet completely dry.

Application examples:

• Leveling of concrete floors and heated cement screeds based on Topcem, Mapecem, Mapecem Pronto or Topcem Pronto.
• Leveling anhydrite floors.
• Leveling floors with underfloor heating.
• Leveling existing floors in concrete, terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and magnesite.
• Equalize concrete and cement substrates prior to bonding elastic loose-lay floor tiles with a reactive adhesive, in locations that are regularly cleaned or rinsed.
• Leveling of concrete floors with rising damp, prior to the application of insulating PVC strips as a substrate for elastic sports floors or other applications.
