Moldex Full Face Mask Package

Series 7000 half masks are compatible with a variety of ^EasyLock® gas and dust filters, without the need for adapters or special pre-filters. This provides flexibility of use and makes storage easy. The masks require little maintenance, are quick and easy to clean and only a few parts need to be replaced. Thanks to the lightweight design and soft materials, Series 7000 masks offer high wearing comfort. The anatomically shaped mask body ensures a comfortable and secure fit. The sturdy and durable body is made of abrasion-resistant TPE material.

Size Selection Tool

• Distance = 110 mm (+/- 5 mm): S (small)
• Distance = 120 mm (+/- 5 mm): M (average)
• Distance = 130 mm (+/- 5 mm): L (large)

Fine Dust Filters

Particle filters protect against dust, fumes and aerosols. They are available in three protection levels: P1, P2 and P3, according to EN 143:2000+A1:2006. The higher the level, the better the filtration.

P1 + Half-face mask

Protection up to 4x the limit value. Filters ≥80% of particles. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Application: light, non-harmful dust environments.

P2 + Half-face mask

Protection up to 12x the limit value. Filters ≥94% of particles. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Application: processing softwood, metal, plastics (not PVC), oil mists.

P3 + Half-face mask

Protection up to 48x the limit value. Filters ≥99.5% of particles. Suitable for carcinogens, radioactive substances and pathogens. Application: heavy metals, hardwood, welding stainless steel, brake dust, viruses, bacteria.

P1 + Full face mask

Protection up to 4x the limit value. Filters ≥80% of particles. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Application: light, non-harmful dust environments.

P2 + Full face mask

Protection up to 16x the limit value. Filters ≥94% of particles. Not suitable for carcinogenic or radioactive substances. Application: processing softwood, metal, plastics (not PVC), oil mists.

P3 + Full face mask

Protection up to 400x the limit value. Filters ≥99.5% of particles. Suitable for carcinogens, radioactive substances and pathogens. Application: heavy metals, hardwood, welding stainless steel, brake dust, viruses, bacteria.

Gas filters

Moldex ^EasyLock® gas filters with bayonet closure fit directly on Series 7000 and 9000 masks. They can be combined with ^EasyLock® dust filters without an adapter.

Filter codes such as “A2B2E1” indicate the type and class of the filter:

Filter type A

• Color: brown
• Protects against: organic gases and vapors (boiling point > 65 °C)

Filter type B

• Color: gray
• Protects against: inorganic gases and vapors (such as chlorine, H₂S, HCN)

Filter type E

• Color: yellow
• Protects against: acid gases such as SO₂ and HCl

Filter type K

• Color: green
• Protects against: ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives

Filter type AX

• Color: brown
• Protects against: low boiling point organic compounds (≤ 65 °C)
• Note: for single use only (groups 1 + 2)

Filter class 1

Half-face mask: up to 1000 ppm, max. 50x limit value
Full-face mask: up to 1000 ppm, max. 400x limit value

Filter class 2

Half-face mask: up to 5000 ppm, max. 50x limit value
Full-face mask: up to 5000 ppm, max. 400x limit value

Filter class 3

Half-face mask: up to 10,000 ppm, max. 50x limit value
Full-face mask: up to 10,000 ppm, max. 400x limit value
