Description and Application

Renovation smoothing compound for leveling substrates with waterproof old adhesive residues and both absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors. Suitable for indoor use and pumpable. Applicable for laying textile or elastic floor coverings and parquet.

Applications

• Creation of flat, ready-to-lay floors for all types of textile and elastic floor coverings, such as textile, PVC/CV, design flooring, rubber, linoleum, cork, enomer (chlorine-free, e.g. Upofloor Lifeline®), and PUR (e.g. WPT PURline®)
• Suitable for heavy-duty areas such as offices, homes and commercial spaces
• Applicable to hot water underfloor heating

Suitable Substrates

• Substrates with adhesive, waterproof adhesive or leveling residues
• Cement screeds and concrete floors

Prevent Cracking

To avoid cracks, it is recommended that the leveling layer be applied floating. This can be done by first placing an edge strip along the walls. This elastic strip catches expansion of the floor. In addition, the use of a primer under the leveling layer is highly recommended.
