User Manual
Cut an equal amount of both components and knead by hand until an even color forms. For cold hands or larger quantities, heating over a radiator can make kneading easier. The mixing ratio of 1:1 is ideal, but small deviations hardly affect curing. Apply the kneading paste within 10 minutes of mixing for optimum adhesion. For underwater repairs: form a ball, press it onto the surface and gently push it flat to displace the water. After a few hours (at 20°C) the material is hard enough to sand or paint. After 24 hours it is iron-hard and after 48 hours it is fully cured. It can be filed, drilled and threaded. After curing, it is resistant to temperatures up to about 100°C and to chemicals such as diesel and gasoline.
