Application

Ultrabond Eco 380 is a special adhesive for PVC flooring in indoor commercial projects, suitable for both floors and walls.

Suitable for:

• flat, absorbent substrates;
• floors with underfloor heating.

Applicable to:

• static and dynamic loads, including intensive use in commercial and industrial environments such as hospitals, shopping malls and airports;
• caster load in accordance with EN 12529. Can also be used as a pressure-sensitive adhesive for dimensionally stable PVC and CV floors on impermeable, non-absorbent substrates.

Examples of applications:

Suitable for bonding:

• homogeneous and heterogeneous PVC flooring in jobs;
• CV and multi-layer PVC flooring;

Also suitable for:

• semi-flexible vinyl tiles (VCT);
• textile floor covering with latex, PVC or PU backing;
• flocked textile flooring;
• vinyl wall covering.

Technical properties

Ultrabond Eco 380 is a solvent-free acrylic dispersion adhesive in the form of a ready-to-use, light beige paste. The adhesive has a high initial tack, long open time and after curing forms a strong, elastic film. Thanks to its special composition, the adhesive is suitable as a wet-bed adhesive on absorbent substrates and as a pressure-sensitive adhesive on non-absorbent substrates.

Use a PVC adhesive comb with teeth A2 for optimum adhesive distribution and adhesion when using Mapei Ultrabond Eco 380.
