Matte and scratch-resistant finish
Use the Flow Resin PU Transparent Topcoat for a matte look and extra scratch protection. This topcoat gives the floor a modern, matte look.
Pour floor in bathroom or wet room
For bathrooms, a hollow baseboard can be made with Flow Resin Epoxy Repair Mortar to prevent water infiltration. Combine this with an I-Drain for a seamless finish. For added safety, the floor can be finished with a matte PU Topcoat with anti-slip.
Special effects: color flakes and concrete look
For a unique look, color flakes can be sprinkled in before the top coat is applied. A concrete look is created by partially mixing two colors of screed. The longer you mix, the smoother the result. Ideal for experienced do-it-yourselfers or professionals.
Consumption
Consumption is between 2.5 and 3 kg/m². About 60 kg is needed for 20 m², for example 2 buckets of 25 kg and 1 of 12.5 kg.
Preparation of the substrate
A level surface is essential for tight results. First apply a Flow Resin Epoxy Scraper coat. The screed should be applied within 16 to 36 hours of this layer for optimal adhesion. Make sure the scraper coat is dry and dust-free. If it has already cured, sand the floor and make it grease- and dust-free. Always use a suitable epoxy adhesive primer under the scraper coat.
