The matte Flow Resin PU Transparent Topcoat is a solvent-free, two-component polyurethane paint.

Application

This topcoat serves as a transparent, scratch-resistant final coat for the following Flow Resin systems:

Consumption

Consumption is approximately 90-125 g/m², depending on the substrate. When using PU anti-slip granules, consumption is between 110-145 g/m².

Applying anti-slip coating

For an anti-slip finish, mix Flow Resin Anti-slip for Polyurethane through the topcoat. These transparent beads are invisible in the final result, but provide extra grip. Allow for a consumption of 110-145 g/m².

Substrate preparation

Apply the top coat to any of the listed Flow Resin products, preferably between 16 and 36 hours after applying the previous coat for optimal adhesion. Is the undercoat fully cured? Then first sand and thoroughly dust and grease free.
