FLOW RESIN Wood Primer is a high-quality, 1-component primer specifically designed for wood substrates such as parquet, wood floors and furniture. Its advanced nanopolyurethane emulsion provides excellent adhesion and a transparent, silk-matt finish that preserves the natural wood structure. Thanks to its solvent-free formulation, the product is safe to use and contributes to a healthy indoor environment.
Unique properties of this primer:
- Self-netting and self-crosslinking: prevents dispensing errors and material loss.
- Free of harmful hardeners such as isocyanates.
- Fast drying time for efficient work.
- Minimal deposit formation for an even finish.
Surface must be dry, clean and dust-free. Apply with a microfiber paint roller. The primer flows nicely and dries transparent, leaving the wood structure visible even with multiple coats.
Applications
- Parquet and wooden floors: Combined with the PU transparent topcoat, it creates a durable finish while maintaining its natural appearance.
- Furniture: Suitable as a base coat for topcoat or as a preparation for epoxy or polyurethane.
- Epoxy finish: Due to its strong suction lifting ability, epoxy casting resin can be applied after only 4-6 hours.
Technical properties
- Silky matt finish for a natural look.
- Seamless and liquid-proof for added protection.
- Easy application without mixing components.
- Low solvent content (< 25 g/l), environmentally friendly and safe.
- Good flow and adhesion for tight results.
- Excellent cleanability and low maintenance.
Use
Consumption: 60-100 g/m², depending on type of wood and suction. Apply with a microfiber paint roller.
Do not allow the surface to get wet or cover for two weeks. Avoid moving furniture and ensure good ventilation during drying.
