Pallmann P104 Primer

Product Description

Ready-to-use, fast drying polyurethane primer. Thin liquid, easy to apply, 1-component allowing no loss of material due to residual mixed product.

Scope

Quick-drying 1-component PU adhesive primer for bonding parquet with Pallmann parquet adhesives. Suitable for reinforcing and sealing screeds. To be used as moisture-isolating primer on moisture-resistant substrates with increased residual moisture content.

Applicable for

• Quick-drying primer for bonding parquet with P4, P5, P6, P8 NEU, P9 and P10 on cement, anhydrite and wood granite screeds, cast asphalt, concrete, chipboard, dry building boards and old substrates with well adhering adhesive or leveling residues.
• Reinforcement of absorbent mineral substrates such as cement, anhydrite, magnesite and wood granite screeds, concrete and more.
• On poured asphalt, allow to cure for 24 hours before further processing.
• Primer on moisture-sensitive substrates such as chipboard or OSB boards on gypsum-bonded floorboards.
• Moisture insulation in 2 to 3 coats on cement-bound, moisture-resistant substrates with a residual moisture content of up to 4%.
• Fast and time-saving parquet bonding with Pallmann P104. As soon as the substrate is walkable, parquet can be glued with P4, P5, P6, P8 NEU, P9 and P10.
• Suitable for hot water floor heating (when used as a moisture barrier, consult technical information first).

• New firmly fastened particle board P4-P7 or OSB 2-OSB 4 boards
• Gypsum fiberboards
• Leveling layers suitable for parquet
• UZIN subfloors suitable for parquet
• Hot water floor heating (all mineral substrates and sanded asphalt floors should be primed with Pallmann P104)
