Description and Application

Low-emission, well-flowing cementitious levelling compound for leveling substrates prior to laying textile and elastic floor coverings. Suitable for indoor use and easily pumpable.

Applicable for:

• Levelling absorbent subfloors for laying carpet, PVC, CV, PVC strips or tiles, linoleum
• Normal loads in residential and project environments
• Hot water floor heating and caster load in accordance with DIN EN 12529 from 1 mm layer thickness

Suitable on substrates such as:

• Cement screeds, concrete, terrazzo, new cast asphalt floors (up to 5 mm)
• Magnesite and wood stripped floors, dry building systems
• Renovation floors with well bonded, waterproof adhesive or leveling residues
• Existing ceramic and natural stone floors, terrazzo

For heavy loads (hospitals, warehouses, industry) use UZIN NC 170.

For anhydrite-bound substrates: UZIN NC 110 or UZIN NC 112 Turbo. For wooden substrates and cast asphalt: UZIN NC 115.

Recommended Primer

• Cement screed, concrete (with adhesive residues): UZIN PE 360 PLUS or UZIN PE 375
• Moist cement-bound substrates: UZIN PE 400 or UZIN PE 460
• Wood, chipboard: UZIN PE 630
• Magnesite, terrazzo, granito, ceramic, dense concrete floors, plastic: UZIN PE 280
• Poured asphalt: UZIN PE 280

Processing

1. Add about 5 liters of cold, clean water to a mixing vessel and gradually mix the powder into a homogeneous, lump-free mass. Do not mix too thinly.
2. Pour the mixture onto the substrate and spread with leveling trowel or leveling rake. Immediately after application, prickle with a prickle roller for optimum results. Apply in one layer if possible.
3. Applicable after approx. 24 hours per 3 mm layer thickness. Sanding with grain 40-60 improves surface and absorbency.

Consumption

Approximately 1.5 kg/m² per mm layer thickness. At 10 mm layer thickness, consumption is approximately 15 kg/m².

Prevent Cracking

Avoid cracks by not applying the leveling layer tightly to the wall. Use an edge strip to accommodate expansion. Always use a suitable primer under the leveling layer.
