UZIN PE 360 PLUS Universal Primer

Description and Application

UZIN PE 360 PLUS Universal Primer is a solvent-free dispersion primer for pretreating absorbent, moisture-insensitive substrates to be leveled or bonded on floors and walls. Suitable for indoor use only.

Applicable to:

• Anhydrite floors with waterproof adhesive residues
• Cementitious screeds
• Sand-cement floors
• Existing UZIN leveling layers.
• Fresh, walkable leveling layers at post-treatment

Suitable for:

• Primer under repair and leveling products
• Heavy-duty floors in residential, commercial and industrial applications
• Hot water underfloor heating
• Application with swivel casters according to DIN EN 12529
• Part of rapid construction systems

Features / Product Benefits

UZIN PE 360 PLUS penetrates deeply into the substrate and forms an excellent film. It promotes the adhesion of levelling compounds and prevents too rapid water absorption into the substrate. Thanks to its new composition, the product dries very quickly, reducing waiting times.

Substrate

The substrate must be pressure and shape resistant, permanently dry, clean and free of adhesion-inhibiting substances. Dense substrates must be grease-free, sanded and dust-free. Mineral substrates must be minimally sanded and vacuumed. Remove weak or loose layers such as poorly adhesive or leveling residues by brushing, sanding, milling or blasting. Vacuum thoroughly afterwards.

Processing

1. Allow package to acclimate and shake well before use.

2. Apply evenly and opaque with a 14 mm nylon roller. Avoid puddling and thick layers. Use a brush for edges. Do not pour directly on highly absorbent floors. Apply multiple coats if necessary.

3. Clean tools with water immediately after use.

Consumption

Approximately 80 – 150 grams per m². Refer to the product data sheet for exact data.
