Application

This anti-slip floor coating package is suitable as a colored final coat in areas with light to medium loads*:

• Garage
• Utility room
• Workshop
• Technical room (without electrical conductivity requirements)

*For medium to heavy loads (such as vehicles, machinery or heavy equipment) it is better to use Flow Resin EP Cast Flooring Industry.

Increased load capacity or extra anti-slip

For areas where heavy objects may fall on the floor, increase the point load by sanding the primer with Flow Resin Heavy Duty. Then sand, dust and apply the floor coating. This provides extra grip and increased load capacity. An alternative method is available for less coarse anti-slip (see below).

Why multiple layers of floor coating?

A floor coating is a colored wear layer. Intensive use wears down this layer. Multiple coats provide a thicker coating and thus a longer life. Applying a thick layer in one go is not possible because of the B component (hardener). For a thicker, heavy-duty floor, the Flow Resin EP Cast Flooring Industry is suitable.

Anti-slip coating for added safety

Are you using this floor coating in a garage where cars are parked? Then add an anti-slip coating. This reduces the contact of car tires with the coating and prevents deterioration from plasticizers in the tires.

Special effects – lineation and color flakes

For a safe and orderly layout of warehouses, parking garages or commercial garages, the application of Flow Resin Epoxy Alignment Paint is recommended. In private garages or showrooms, color flakes provide a decorative effect. Find more information in the product data sheet.
