The Flow Resin Epoxy Floor Coating PRO is a two-component, glossy, solvent-free final coat that can be ordered by color. This coating provides a sleek, durable floor and is ideal for areas with light to medium loads, such as garages, warehouses and showrooms. Thanks to its thin application, the coating is not only strong and aesthetically pleasing, but also cost-effective. For uneven substrates, it is recommended to use the Flow Resin Epoxy Scraper Coat first.

Consumption

Depends on substrate, color and application method:

  • Flat surface, dark color, nylon roller: approx. 350 g/m²
  • Uneven surface, light color, floor wiper: approx. 550 g/m²
  • With anti-slip: +200 g/m²

Higher load capacity

For areas with heavy loads (such as falling tools): apply Flow Resin Heavy Duty to the Epoxy Primer, sand it, dust it, and then apply the floor coating. This increases grip and load-bearing capacity.

Multiple layers for extra durability

For heavily used floors (such as walkways): apply multiple coats for a thicker wear layer. One thick coat of epoxy is not possible because of its chemical composition. For a thicker, heavy-duty floor: choose the Flow Resin EP Cast Flooring Industry.

Anti-slip finish

For garages with parked cars: add non-slip granules to the coating to prevent damage from plasticizers in tires and improve grip.

Special effects: lineation and color flakes

For safety and appearance: use Flow Resin Epoxy Line Paint or add color flakes for a decorative effect. More info in the product data sheet.
