The two-component Flow Resin Epoxy Equalization is specially designed for leveling uneven floors and filling in height differences (see consumption). An alternative is the Flow Resin Epoxy Scraping Layer, which can also be used as a screed.

Consumption
For many uneven areas: approx. 3 kg/m² (2 mm layer thickness). For an elevation of 3 mm: approx. 4.5 kg/m². Check flatness after application and apply an additional coat if necessary. Alternative: apply thicker floor coating with floor wiper and re-roll. PU Cast Flooring Residential, Commercial and EP Cast Flooring Industrial are applied thicker as standard, but a level surface remains essential.
Tools
Equipment: mixing rod, mixing bucket, flat trowel/tooth trowel or squeegee (1.4 mm), telescopic handle, gloves, protective clothing, safety glasses. For larger surfaces: squeegee and spike shoes. Bleed roller is not required.
Substrate preparation
Provide a dry, dust-free substrate. Apply to Flow Resin Epoxy Primer within the processing time. Once the primer has cured, sand and clean the floor. Fill small holes with Epoxy Putty, larger holes or cracks with Epoxy Repair Mortar.
