UZIN RR 185 / 50m²

Description and Application

UZIN RR 185 is a stable, exposed carpet pad made of resin-impregnated, flexible fiberglass with a sanded top surface. The underside is fitted with latex foam studs.

Thanks to the studded underside, a layer of air of about 1 mm is created between the substrate and the carpet pad, which provides mechanical and thermal separation of the floor covering from the substrate.

The floor covering is fully adhered to the UZIN RR 185. The carpet pad is only 1.5 mm thick, flame-resistant and easy to remove.

Suitable as a stabilizing, insulating and soundproofing underlayment for bonded floor coverings such as:

• Textile flooring
• PVC and CV jobs
• Linoleum up to 60 m² (advice recommended)
• Shock-absorbing sports floors

Applicable to substrates such as:

• Damp and/or oily surfaces
• Decking floors and concrete (coated or uncoated)
• Chipboard
• Tile floors
• Existing hard flooring such as PVC, linoleum or parquet (without water-based parquet lacquer)

Suitable for indoor use only.
